All consultations are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.
3. Booking & Payment
Consultations are confirmed only after payment has been received unless agreed otherwise.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Any price changes will not affect consultations that have already been booked and confirmed.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
Borderlessly European reserves the right to reschedule consultations in exceptional circumstances. If this occurs, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.
5. Refund Policy
If Borderlessly European is unable to provide the booked consultation, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are generally not available after a consultation has taken place.
If you believe exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us and we will review your request individually.
6. Nature of Our Advice
Borderlessly European provides consulting and mentoring services.
Our recommendations are based on our professional experience, research and knowledge of international opportunities.
We do not provide legal, financial, tax, immigration, accounting or psychological services.
Clients remain solely responsible for all decisions they make based on our consultations.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While we strive to provide the highest quality guidance, we cannot guarantee:
- Admission to a university
- Acceptance into an Erasmus programme
- Employment offers
- Business success
- Investment outcomes
- Visa approvals
- Government approvals
- Commercial success in any market
Many outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Attend scheduled consultations on time
- Communicate honestly
- Use our services lawfully
- Respect our consultants during all interactions
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, guides, presentations, website content, branding and other intellectual property remain the property of Borderlessly European unless otherwise stated.
They may not be copied, distributed or reproduced without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Borderlessly European shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from:

- Actions of universities, employers or government authorities
- Changes in laws or regulations
- Third-party services
- Technical interruptions
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the consultation in question.
