Discover Croatia’s most spectacular island in one unforgettable day

If you want to experience the very best of Dugi otok, this full-day speedboat adventure is the perfect choice.

Designed for travellers who prefer smaller groups, exciting speedboat rides and plenty of swimming stops, this excursion lets you discover hidden caves, famous beaches, dramatic cliffs, historic villages and fascinating landmarks — all in one day.

Unlike traditional boat tours that spend hours cruising between destinations, our speedboat reaches the first stop in around an hour, giving you more time to swim, explore and discover the Adriatic’s most spectacular locations.

Meet your skipper in Zadar and get ready for an unforgettable island-hopping adventure.

Stop 1 – Golubinka Sea Cave

Your first destination is the spectacular Golubinka Sea Cave.

Accessible only from the sea, this hidden cave is famous for its crystal-clear turquoise water and beautiful blue reflections created by the sunlight.

Jump into the sea and snorkel inside one of Dugi Otok’s most magical natural attractions.

Stop 2 – Sakarun Beach

Next you’ll visit the famous Sakarun Beach, one of Croatia’s most beautiful white sand beaches.

Arriving directly by speedboat, you’ll anchor just offshore before swimming into the shallow turquoise water that has made Sakarun one of the Adriatic’s most photographed beaches.

Enjoy plenty of free time for swimming, relaxing and soaking up the unique scenery.

Stop 3 – Michelle Shipwreck

The adventure continues to the Michelle Shipwreck, now transformed into a vibrant underwater habitat.

Surrounded by colourful fish and coral formations, it’s one of the island’s best snorkeling locations and offers an unforgettable underwater experience.

Stop 4 – Veli Rat Lighthouse

Your next stop brings you to the area around the famous Veli Rat Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse on the Adriatic coast.

Here you’ll discover beautiful rocky coastline, crystal-clear water and peaceful beaches, perfect for another relaxing swim while enjoying stunning coastal scenery.

Stop 5 – Historic Military Tunnel

One of the most unique stops of the day is the former Yugoslav military submarine tunnel, built during the Cold War to hide and protect naval vessels.

Today the tunnel is open to visitors, and weather conditions permitting, your skipper will take the boat inside, allowing you to explore this fascinating piece of military history from the water.

The calm, sheltered bay surrounding the tunnel also provides another excellent opportunity for swimming.

Stop 6 – Božava

The next stop takes you to Božava, the oldest village on Dugi Otok.

This charming fishing village offers an authentic glimpse into traditional Croatian island life.

Stroll along the peaceful waterfront, enjoy lunch in one of the local restaurants, discover the narrow stone streets and, if you’re lucky, make a few furry friends — Božava is well known for its many friendly cats that have become part of the village’s charm.

Stop 7 – Muline

Your final stop is the village of Muline on Ugljan Island.

Here you’ll discover the remains of an ancient Roman olive oil mill, dating back to the 1st century AD, offering a fascinating insight into the island’s rich history.

Enjoy one final swim before beginning the relaxing cruise back towards Zadar.
